Directions:
A.M. Formula
Adults, for the first week, adults take one (1) capsule every morning, and for each week thereafter, take two (2) capsules every morning. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.
P.M. Formula
Adults, for the first week, adults take one (1) capsule before bed daily, and for each week thereafter, take two (2) capsules before bed daily.
